Begin with the audience, the task people return to and the service team behind it. We can assess a new product or an improvement to an existing app, comparing browser-based and installed options against the real need. The first release needs a coherent outcome for the user and business rather than a collection of disconnected screens.
The agreed scope can cover research or discovery, interface design, application development, required backend and administration, approved integrations, device acceptance and release preparation. Define platform coverage, accounts, authoritative records and access dependencies. Existing services are inspected through their owners before they become a promised connection. Distribution accounts, supporting services and continuing technical work have explicit responsibilities.
Ordinary use and leaving deserve the same clarity. Signing out, removing the installed interface, asking to cancel a request and asking to close an account may affect different things. The authorised service and information owners supply those rules, including any retained records and communication requirements. We design and implement the selected journeys around them; a general app brief does not create a cancellation policy or provide legal advice.
