Start with the questions customers bring to your team: what does the service include, where can they find an instruction, or what is the next step for a request already in progress? We follow those questions through the present website, help process and relevant records. This identifies the useful job for an assistant and the gaps that need clearer content, a better existing view or a person. The business can compare those options before choosing the first release.
For a selected assistant, we plan the source material, conversation, responsive interface and expressly included connections together. Public guidance and customer-specific information have different requirements. A public answer might explain a published process. A request-specific answer needs a permitted record and a business-approved explanation of what its fields mean to the customer. We agree that distinction with the service and system owners before designing the response.
The engagement includes the implementation and preparation named in the proposal, representative question checks and a handover for ordinary operation. Existing website entry points, direct human contact and useful help content are retained or deliberately changed. The first version may use public information while account connections are assessed, or include a bounded read-only request journey where the necessary arrangements are ready. A read-only first release can help customers understand their position and find the right next step.
