Imagine a hypothetical business reviewing a board of colour references, exploratory letterforms and provisional imagery. The owner likes the calm character of one direction and agrees it should be developed. That decision does not mean the exact reference composition is ready to become a public announcement. This is a creative-planning example, not a Vellore branding project.
The designer develops the chosen approach into the actual identity and an agreed application. Reviewers can now examine the approved business name, readable ordinary copy, the selected image and the relationship between them. They confirm what carries forward from the exploration and which provisional element has been replaced. Asset-use decisions are settled for the material being produced.
The final review accepts the supplied application and its identified files. Its notes explain the chosen conventions so another colleague can use the identity deliberately. The aim is a coherent creative result, rather than treating a preference for a reference board as approval of every detail that happened to appear on it.
