An India project with clear scope and ownership.
Being in the same city is only one consideration. Scope, evidence, communication and ownership deserve the same attention.
01
Start from the customer journey
A business website, school admission enquiry and trade catalogue have different content and follow-up needs. We identify the audience, the important decision and the person who handles the response before proposing features.
02
Use your actual service footprint
Our office is in Ranchi. Your own business may have one address, several genuine branches or a delivery area across states. We organise those facts accurately; a set of city names does not become a set of office addresses.
03
Keep the operational tools connected
Enquiries, quotations and customer records need agreed owners. We review existing tools before proposing a CRM, ERP or automation project. A defined integration may be more useful than replacing a system the team already knows.
Plan for the audience your business actually serves.
An Indian customer journey may cross cities, languages and different ways of buying. Those choices belong in the brief.
Language and content responsibility
An English site may be enough for one audience, while another needs approved regional-language content. We agree which versions are necessary and who maintains them. Translating a navigation label does not create a complete language experience: forms, messages and service details need the same attention.
Mobile enquiries and visitor-controlled WhatsApp
A contact route should work on a phone and ask for the context needed to respond. Where WhatsApp is included, the visitor can review the message and choose to send it. A form submission and a WhatsApp click are recorded as different actions, and your team agrees how each reaches the correct owner.
Provider accounts and the launch plan
Payment, messaging, hosting and domain services have their own setup requirements and costs. We identify which accounts your business owns, which services are ready and what the website needs from them. The launch is scheduled around verified dependencies, approved content and the agreed checks.
Published work from the studio.
Explore genuine event, school, consultancy and retail website projects. Each work page identifies the client and the actual website; the examples do not imply offices in those clients’ cities.
Can you serve a city that is not in this directory?
Yes. We can work remotely with clients worldwide. Tell us your location, audience and requirement. We assess the scope, schedule and necessary providers before making a proposal.
Will you create a local branch page for my city?
The guides describe remote service areas. We do not imply an office where there is none. A city page is useful when it answers a distinct buyer question or explains relevant delivery details, rather than repeating the same copy.
Can we use our existing tools and internal team?
Yes. We review what is already in place and define what should be retained, connected or changed. Content approval, source ownership and release responsibilities are included in the working agreement.
Will the website be ready for search engines?
The agreed website scope can include crawlable pages, useful titles and descriptions, internal navigation, appropriate structured data and a sitemap. Search engines decide indexing and ranking. Ongoing SEO work needs measurement and maintained content.
How do we get started?
Share the business goal, audience, existing website or systems and any target launch date. We will discuss the important requirements and prepare an appropriate scope.
